Good morning all, I am looking for some training on the VDX 6740 Switch. I recently took the jump from System Admin to Network admin and the location where I am now working uses Brocade ICX 6610/7450 and the VDX 6740. I have some locations provided by the good people over at Ruckus Wireless on the 6620/7450 lines, however they referred me to here to get some advice on some training on your VDX 6740.

I appreciate your time and hope you all have an excellent day.

**EDIT** - I have found the Extreme Dojo training site and the instructor led training course offered there. But that’s a bit out of my monetarily depth right now. Just wanted to put this here so no one wastes time on something I am already aware of. (Have a good one)

RTR,

WME

Hi WME,

Please see this 5-day class offer: https://www.extremenetworks.com/education/courses/data-center-vdx-vcs-fabric-configuration-and-implementation/

It might also be feasible to speak to your local distributor or Extreme team so they could try to arrange workshop meeting tailored precisely to your needs.
Of course should you have any questions about Extreme equipment operation, feel free to come here, also have these in mind:

https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/

https://www.extremenetworks.com/support/documentation

Hope that helps,

Tomasz

WME,

Your best option is to go to the Extreme Networks Training Site and review the VDX fabric configuration and implementation course. I am not sure of when they will have the class next, but that would be the first place to start.
