topic VDX in a "stack" with a non-Extreme switches - what to consider and cover with regards to loops? in Data Center (VDX)

hi everyone

I have a non-Extreme switch linked up to a VCS logical chassis.
There is a VlanZ on both "segments" and both VDX and the "other" switch are having that VlanZ going out into the "world".

What should I be checking and tweaking in order to assure such a "stack" will remain healthy?

many thanks, L.

We recommend you running the latest target path patch version to ensure the VDX switches remain healthy and stable: 6.0.2h or 7.0.2b, or 7.1.0b3
