I've managed to lock myself out of a switch this afternoon (can't remember the prom password I set yesterday)

Hi we have an extreme networks switch that is being used as part of a company phone system.

We don't have the login information. We contacted the last two service providers and they were no help.
Do we have any options to recover the user name and password to login and manage the switch?
Please advise.
