Hi Naoko, I know we've already discussed this in our email conversation, but I wanted to post the procedure here too just in case someone else has this question later on.

To find the ECCN codes for Extreme Products, you'll want to go to the PartnerEngage portal.

To access PartnerEngage via extremenetworks.com:

Navigate to the top right corner of extremenetworks.com to find 'Log In'
In the drop down, click on PartnerEngage
You will be prompted to log in
Once access is granted to PartnerEngage homepage, scroll down to "Find Content", click on "Price Lists"
From the Price List, the ECCN numbers can be found on the 'WW Reference Info' spreadsheet, in the 'Trade Matrix' tab.

If you have any issues with the portal, please contact partnerengage@extremenetworks.com and they'll be able to assist you from there.

Since we are not a Partner, I wasn't able to login to the PartnerEngage portal.
Are you still able to check the ECCN and let me know?
