Thank you very much for your configuration. From what i see and do not see are some other questions.
!. The CPU/processes are not really that high so that is good.
2. I do see some possible questions in the processes that are not clearly showing good or a bad situation. The following processes are stating that this is a possible link up/down issue. The nim_t process takes care of different interfaces on the switch

I would run the following commands to help debug a possible link state issue. (Please log the sessions)
set logging local console enable file enable
set logging default severity 8
set logging application CLIWEB level 8 (This logs commands/changes)
set logging application STP level 8 (This is a debuging command for Link/down of ports "Please Do not read into the STP messages as this is a debugging for port change state unless a message specifies a TCN-(topology change notification) Please focus of ports/Interfaces bouncing. Then note the possible bouncing ports and investigate.

Hi Jason

I connected to another switch displaying the same symptoms.
From the below we can see that this specific switch is up for 571 days and the CPU is sitting at 100% on the SNMP service.

I will run the above recommended commands and give feedback
