Bronze will provide support for 20 devices and the next step would be silver, which will provide support up to 250 devices. The Server State Summary Report will confirm the licenses installed. Please note that Epicenter is no longer supported and we no longer appear to have the part number available for purchase. Please consider NetSight as a solution moving forward. However, if it is vital that you continue to use Ridgeline and need additional device support, please open a case with GTAC, and we will see what can be done.<BR />
