    <description>hi there im getting errors on c2h124-48, error is :- unit 1 schan error: v/e=1 src=13 dst=15 opcode=20, (mem_fail_notify) is there a way to fix this, ie running firmware update.</description>

Unfortunately this is a hardware failure, and the C2 Swich is "end of support".&lt;BR /&gt;
