AP250 - Need to release serial to adopt on another controller (VIQ use)

Hi Sam,

I hate to bother you again, but we are again moving some of our units around, and I've got two AP250's I need released so we can adopt onto a different controller and a 3rd one which will need to be released once the first two have been freed up.

The serials are:
02501706010090
02501705151678

Hi Todd, no bother at all! I took a look at our records for your two serial numbers but I'm not finding any old records for either device, are you still having issues adding these to your new controller?
