Have you tried upgrading via the Web UI of the AP instead? This guide reviews how to do that: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?n=000046425&q=updating%20firmware%20web%20ui

If that still doesn’t work, you’ll likely need to open a technical support case. I’d recommend attaching tech data from your AP to the case to speed things up, this guide reviews several methods for retrieving tech data: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?n=000049350&q=Tech%20data

Hi guys,

I have an Aerohive AP245X that is on OS 7.0r2. I have tried to update it to the latest (10.x) both through ExtremeCloud IQ as well as through CLI but it doesn’t update. It also doesn’t show update failed, but reboots and OS version is the same.

Can you help?
