I have recently acquired an AP230 and after speaking with the previous owner, he hasn’t removed the unit from his VIQ due to an expired license. Can I get this freed up for reuse on my Cloud IQ Connect acc? The serial # is 02301407220775

does the communityhelp@aerohive.com no longer exist, I tried to mail and it was bounced back?
