Hi as the title states, I have 2 Aerohive AP230's bought second hand but the previous owner hasn't removed them from his email.

How can I go about removing them?

Hello, thank you for providing those serial numbers. I have reached out to the original owner to get permission to remove the old records that are causing an error when you try to add them to your inventory. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back on that request. Once we remove the old records, you'll be able to onboard these devices in to your own inventory.
