    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Cassio, you will need to log a case with GTAC for assistance with this. They should be able to either provide a temporary key to get you back in to your original instance so you can remove the device, or they’ll be able to remove the device for you so you can add it to a new inventory when you’re ready.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
