Hi guys!

I have two AP130 devices that were previously used with another account and I get the following message when I try to add them: “A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.”

Can you release them in order to be able to add to my account, please?

Thank you for providing those pictures and serial numbers. I see these devices still registered to a different user in our system, and will need to get their approval to transfer the devices to you. I’ve reached out to them now and will let you know as soon as I hear back. If you are still in contact with the original owner and can encourage them to respond to my email, that may help move things along here.
