Hi @Sam Pirok,

I've purchased these 2x AP230 from a reseller which mentioned these devices have been refurbished, but fully covered by their warranty.

However, when I try to add them to my ExtremeCloud IQ, the message appears that these devices have been added by another user.

Is there a possibility for me to be able to on-board these devices into my ExtremeCloud IQ account?

These are the serial numbers:

Hi Dan, thanks for reaching out here. I found the old records for these devices that would be causing those errors for you, and have reached out to the original owner to get permission to remove the old records so you can add these devices to your own inventory. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back on that. Please feel free to check in with me here any time for an update.
