Stephan is correct, you’ll want to open a GTAC case for that issue. The technician will be able to tell where the key is already applied and provide instructions on how to free it up so you can add it to your current instance. Entitlement keys can only be applied in one instance at a time, and the instructions to remove a key differ depending on what kind of manager you are using.
