Hi Eduardo, did you check the inventories of the other organization within your XIQ instance? Also you’d want to make sure you aren’t using any filters, which you can check by clicking on the funnel icon towards the left hand side of the screen.

Check the inventory of each one and it is not found.This is the serial number.04102009271971

Thanks for confirming that for me. I see that serial number registered to your XIQ instance. Would you be able to add me to your XIQ instance as an external admin so I can see if I have the same issue? If you could, please use the email address spirok@extremenetworks.com. I’ll also need to know your Organization name, which you can find in XIQ under Global Settings> Account Details> Scroll down to the Organization Information section, then Organization Name should be the next item listed.

You can already see the AP. I did not have a location assigned. In the logs I could see that.

This AP added it about 50 minutes ago and still does not update the firmware, the service is down in that area.

So you can see the AP in your inventory now, that’s good. What happens when you attempt to upgrade the firmware? And what firmware version is it using currently?

I finally sent the 10.3.3.0 update, believe me it was after a long time.The network was stable. I think that with your presence you solved it my friend.
