      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Eduardo, did you check the inventories of the other organization within your XIQ instance? Also you’d want to make sure you aren’t using any filters, which you can check by clicking on the funnel icon towards the left hand side of the screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for confirming that for me. I see that serial number registered to your XIQ instance. Would you be able to add me to your XIQ instance as an external admin so I can see if I have the same issue? If you could, please use the email address spirok@extremenetworks.com. I’ll also need to know your Organization name, which you can find in XIQ under Global Settings&amp;gt; Account Details&amp;gt; Scroll down to the Organization Information section, then Organization Name should be the next item listed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
