Hello all,

I have the following problem. User have in irregular intervals the problem, no connection via WiFi.

The source is RADIUS via an external Radius server.

The users are connected via the AP at this moment. The users also get an IP address via DHCP.

There is no access to the network at this moment (surfing, network drives...). The ping is also not possible.

Surprising is, as soon as they move with the device to the next AP they have direct access. If you go back again and are connected to the previous AP, you will also have a connection.

The ExtremeCloud IQ version is On Premise.
The APs models are AP305c and AP305cx with the IQ Engine 10.1r2 build-236417

Maybe someone already had the same problems.

Thanks
Tom

Solve connectivity issues with a switch or access point Ensure the RADIUS IP address is set to the IP of the server. Ensure the defined RADIUS ports are those that your server is using, keeping in mind servers may use two different port pairs: 1812/1813 or 1645/1646.

Hello and thank you for your answer.

But if it was a port thing, it would never work, would it?

The connection to the network works, only every 1-2 weeks there are different clients that have no network (surfing, network drive ...) If 3-4 clients are together at the AP, 3 work and one doesn't.

But they are not always the same clients, always different.
