Hi GeraGlez,

A couple of things first, you can only connect WiNG APs that are managed either by a controller or a VC (AP based virtual controller), standalone APs can’t connect to XIQ. The NSight policy should have the following command in it.

server host ia-gcp-wing.extremecloudiq.com https enforce-verification poll-work-queue

If your AP7532 is currently in a standalone configuration, you can change it to a VC by issuing the following command:

ap8533-9A1529(config-device-74-67-F7-9A-15-29)#virtual-controller

ap8533-9A1529(config-device-74-67-F7-9A-15-29)#commit write

What's the firmware version on your AP7532? You should either have the latest 7.5.x release, if not, then one of the following versions:

Aside from the firmware, check your nsight policy configiration as well, looks like you have two different lines under your nsight policy one of which (marked RED) is wrong.

I would recommend you to upgrade your AP to the latest code to avoid any issues and inconsistencies.

Please delete all of your previously created NSight policies, remove the NSight policy under the rf-domain settings and AP “self” config mode if applied any, and save.

Once done, create a new NSight policy which should look like the following:

nsight-policy XIQ server host va-wing.extremecloudiq.com https enforce-verification poll-work-queue

Then apply this NSight policy to the rf-domain or directly to the device in “self” config mode.
