Account Management - Admin Accounts - Custom Profiles

We recently migrated over from HiveManager Classic to ExtremeCloud IQ management platform. The last issue we're having is the Account Management. In HM Classic there was a profile called User Manager Admin that could add and remove PPSK users. On ExtremeCloud IQ there is a profile called Guest Management but users in that group can only add users. There is no custom Admin Group permission either so it's either give our User management staff full Admin permissions or set it so they can add users only. It doesn't seem very practical to have it setup this way.

Is ExtremeCloud IQ going to enable Custom Admin groups like HM Classic or is there a way to make Guest Management group that can view existing users, add and remove accounts? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thank you

Hello Noa,

I just logged into my XIQ instance with Guest Management role and was able to delete user accounts without issue. Select user > Click the delete icon > Confirm. Do you not have the option to do same?
