Creating locations in Extreme IQ

Hi all,

We have migrated several customer over to the ExtremeIQ portal from the classic Aerohive portal. I”m having an issue with locations. I can see how to assign a location to an access point, but I cannot find how to create a new location. For example, I have a customer with the building and Floor 1, but cannot create a Floor 2. Is there not a way to do that in the ExtremeIQ portal, or am I just missing it??

ML Insights (Graph icon on left menu) > network 360 plan

Here you can add location, buildings and floors.

You can add a new floor to your maps by going in to ExtremeCloud IQ> Go to the ML Insights tab on the left hand side of the page> Go to Network 360 Plan> Find the location you want to add a floor to and click the plus icon next to the location name> You should see a new window pop up and at the top you should see Location, Building, and Floor> Click over to the Floor tab and you should be able to create a new floor for your location.
