I have 2 AP´s

AP245X SN: 02451710190242

AP650 SN: 06501909160479

My devices were online and are currently offline.

Is it possible to check in which account they are registered?

Hi Eduardo, thanks for the mention. Looks like both of those APs are registered to your XIQ account that was created using the same email you’re using here on the community. This guide has some steps you can take to try to manually connect the APs to your XIQ instance, and/or some steps to troubleshoot why they aren’t connecting on their own in the first place: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000057794&q=Capwap
