I've tried with both Edge and Chrome and it's the same half of the screen view with the latest release. Is there no way to hide the details on top and/or make this display to the entire page?

You should only see it as a bar across the top of the page, like this:

Is that not what you're seeing? I took this screenshot using Firefox, but Chrome shows me the same thing, just for reference. If you're seeing something different, could you send a screenshot so I can be sure we're on the same page here?

Thank you for that screenshot. There isn't a way to hide the top information section, but you can expand that section by clicking on Davidhome Details in the lower right corner of the top section. Is that what you were asking?

no, the bottom part underneath the details on top. It's shrunk to half the usable window in the new release.

Thank you for clarifying, I see what you mean now. Mine is also cut off, but I don't see a way to adjust that in the GUI. You'd want to open a case to report that as a bug so our engineers can work on a fix for this.

I see this exact same issue where the client details are only half the screen.

Thanks for letting us know. If you have support with Extreme and can open a case to report the issue, that will help raise the priority of a fix for this issue. The more cases we have reporting it, the faster we can get engineering to resolve the issue for us. I'd recommend providing a screenshot of the page in question when you open a case, that'll help the technician working your case move things along quickly.

This is fixed in the latest updates.
