      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;since a few weeks we have been having problems updating a few of our aerohive access points through the extremecloud IQ portal. Update fail with the message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.handrblock.me/" target="_self"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FFFFFF"&gt;H&amp;amp;R Block Online&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;The cli 'no radio profile "&amp;lt;profilename&amp;gt;" primary-channel-offset' execute failed cause by: unknown error&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;This seems to only be happening to a few specific models, AP330, AP121, our AP122,AP130, AP250's are updating fine using the same config.. anyone else using aerohive with cloudIQ and running into the same issues ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
