Hi,

I bought 4 ap460c but want to configure them with wing, keep getting 403 - forbidden . Then i read that the wing needs to be upgraded. Did not touch this for a while , so i a little rusty. Also tried to connect the micro usb , not recognised .

Any ideas to configure the Ap ?

You need to convert the ap mode from HIveos to wing, follow the procedures as per the link below.

A standard USB cable won't work, you will need a console cable. Please follow this link for same: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000083712

Once in WiNG, if you need to access the AP via GUI, please contact us so that we may provide you with the necessary application for same.
