    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Johan,&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;FYI, I’m not sure who is behind that email account but it’s not the GTAC and just because you have an account with CloudIQ doesn’t mean you’ve a support contract &amp;gt; for that you’d need to have a payed subsrcription license for the APs.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;Regarding the error message… I’d say that AP is still locked to the account that bought it directly from Extreme.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;In such case here the official statement from Extreme Networks GTAC:&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;“New policy came in place recently, please see the link&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/What-is-the-warranty-policy-for-grey-market" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/What-is-the-warranty-policy-for-grey-market&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; You can contact with our sales representative to offer you support options.”&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;Ron&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>A stake record of the device was found in the redirector</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; I sent 4 emails to &lt;A href="mailto:community@extremenetworks.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;community@extremenetworks.com&lt;/A&gt; since 1 month without any answer. I try this way...&lt;BR /&gt; I have an active account on &lt;A href="https://extremecloudiq.com/login" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;https://extremecloudiq.com/login&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; I have bought used equipment from an other company AP130, AP230 whic replace them by new one.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;I can’t add one of them (SN:02301512140700) ,&amp;nbsp; because I get error message “A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.”&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;Can you fix my issue?&lt;BR /&gt; Best regards&lt;BR /&gt; Johan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ronald,&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help and information about warantly.&lt;BR /&gt; The previous owner has check, and confirm he has free the SN from his portal.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;Good news, I have just receive direct answer from community mail 10 minutes after this message !&lt;BR /&gt; Maybe a solution….&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Best regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
