    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have extreme router serial no 0&lt;SPAN&gt;3052110123764. I try to add the device in&amp;nbsp;extremecloudiq.com it's showing:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following devices failed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;03052110123764&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A stale record of the device was found in the redirector.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help me to reset this device&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have also pressed the reset button for 10 sec. but it doesn't work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
