XIQ does not show up time or correct firmware of EXOS switch managed by XIQ-SE

Hello,

XIQ shows devices which are managed by XIQ-SE (22.9.13.5) as Connected (Purple Icon) but the up time remains at 0h 0d 1m and does not show the correct firmware used after the switch was upgraded.

What could the issue be here, has anyone seen this before?

Has anyone noticed this before where XIQ does not show up to date information for a device managed by XIQ-SE?
