Hi Experts,

Can we manage multiple customer dashboards from 1 extreme account.

i am basically a part of system integrator company and manage multiple tenants/clients.

So can i have my account as an administrator to multiple dashboards.

If there is a limitation, cant find any reference for this.

Yup!

From the customer account, they just need to add a 3rd party account and it'll appear in your login screen as a managed customer.

In the customers XiQ Account:

User Profile (Top right) -> Global Settings -> Account Management
-Click the + symbol to create an account
-Select Grant access to external admin

And then follow your nose.
