Hello Maryam,

Are you trying to onboard your D-Link AP into XIQ?

Only Extreme Networks APs can be onboarded and managed through XIQ. 3rd party APs are not supported.

I believe they meant onboarding our multiple platforms such as XOS, VOSS, Dell switches, WiNG, Centralized controllers, etc, but all of those are still within the Extreme Networks product list.
