API access token - Client ID

Hello, looking at setting up the API access token. We want to monitor our instance from logicmonitor. However, its asking for a client ID. Guides seem to point to an old aerohive portal with no register access.

Is there anything newer, the new page doesnt mention registering. Wondering what to put as my client ID.

I'm in this same boat, currently. Signed up on the Developer portal, but there's no API Developer application that I can see anywhere.
