How can i onboard a WS-AP3865E Access Point from Extreme Network to the ExtremeCloudIQ Portal

Hi, I have a brand new sealed WS-AP3865E access point manufactured by Extreme Networks that I'm trying to onboard to the ExtremeCloudIQ Portal.
Using the serial number to deploy directly to the cloud I'm getting a error of an unexpected format.(Value should be 14-Character alphanumeric value)
My serial is only 12 characters long.
Has someone faced this issue before?

Hi paul,
I had a similar issue with an AP130. Not sure if this will work for you but I preceded the thirteen digit serial number with a zero and that worked. Have you tried the same with two leading zero's??

Hi RaulP,

I'm afraid WS-AP3865e is not supported by XIQ, but only on IdentiFi Wireless (v10), and not even on the XCC/XIQ Controller.
