Can't add AP's "The device appears to be in use by another VIQ"

Hi, I just bought an Aerohive AP122 and AP130 from Facebook Marketplace but when I try to add the devices to Extremecloud IQ connect I get the message "The device appears to be in use by another VIQ". The serial No. are: 01301608301088 01221701060766. Is there someone who can please help me?
