Hello,

Since we migrate the board to manage wifi hotspot, one hotspot was forgotten.

And when I try to migrate It to our new board (https://eu.extremecloudiq.com/), We have this message : The device seems to be used by another VIQ.

What can I do to solve this ?

Ps : the serial of the access point wifi : 01301904041176 - model AP250 aerohive

Hello,

This serial is incorrect and is for an ap 130, you can tell because the first 4 digits start with 0130

This message means that the ap is associated with another VIQ instance, so it will have to either be removed from the instance it is associated with or put in a request with us to remove from redirector.

We would need the proper serial. If you can ssh to the ap in question, you can get the serial with the command: show hw

Sorry, probably the AP is an 130 model. but I'm sure of the serial number.

The old Board in wich the AP was registered, is down actually. so we can't remove it from.

So could you remove it from redirector ?
