Hello,

We still have the known issue, on newer latest version 21.1.20.27 of the XIQ on-premise, of unable to access data errors. When that happens, the manager does not reeport any information anymore. We lost all monitoring when issue appears. the solution is to delete the logs as per previous tpic:

https://community.extremenetworks.com/hivemanager-platform-233172/unable-to-access-data-7828763?postid=19904290#post19904290

It takes a lot of time, issue reported to GTAC already. That does not impact the WiFi, as Extreme are great products and APs does not need any controller, no issue on WiFi network when the XIQ manager is down.

Is there any resolution scheduled by Extreme?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Christophe
