Device already onboarded - Ex Demo APs returned and can't onboard them

Hi,

I have 2 Ex demo units which I can't onboard as they are both "Device already onboarded"

Serial Numbers: 03052004271569 and 03052004270770

They have been on a shelf for a very long time and can't remember which client I loaned them to (and have had them subsequently returned).

What can I do to get these devices usable again?

I got in touch with the local Extreme Rep and they managed to fix this for me.
