CONNECT FAILED. RETRYING XIQ

Hello,

My switch Engine 5320-Series stack can no longer connect to XIQ.

I can ping out to internet fine using ip and dns name using VR-Default.

but still Status CONNECT FAILED. RETRYING.. ATTEMPT 4...

Inside the hive_agent log i can found some errors like :

Communication IP is empty

Unable to get the management IP, It seems tha t HMNG is not reachable

Unable to form association request

Unable to receive association response

Unable to associate with XIQ using address received

Hi,

Provide the result for command "show iqagent discovery detail". As I understand your stack used to work fine and was successfully onboarded in XIQ?
