Essential Guest Aerohive Splash

We are trying to setup the guest essentials. When we enable it none of the custom splash pages get chosen but an Aerohive Networks one that is not in our templates.

We are using a AP410C with firmware version 10.7.3.0. When we press register on the Aerohive page we get wireless access but we don't see any values inside of the gues essentials page.

Please start here:

Please make sure that these settings are properly configured:

That you have selected the correct option in the SSID:
The Onboarding rule is mapped to the correct SSID and location
You've created a custom Template and mapped it to the correct SSID and location
These settings have been saved

Hello @nick-vd,

When you run the following CLI command: #show station

Where are they connecting to?

Run command #show run | inc ssid, do you see any other CWP SSID.

If all is configured properly, I would recommend you reach out to GTAC and open a support case for proper troubleshooting.
