Hello,

What is the procedure to convert a locally managed EXOS switch to Cloud IQ managed please?

Should I / Do I need a Network Policy / Template / Port Types?

Don't want to lose the existing port VLAN memberships, LLDP and STP port settings etc...

Do I need to do anything with iqagent?

The EXOS switch will have a primary.cfg.

When you apply Network Policy to switch then its’ configuration is overwritten so you need to set up your cloud settings first before switch onboarding.

Thanks Bartek. I will create new Network Policy and try to match the port types if it overwrites the configuration. Not all switches have the same VLAN port configuration so the configuration will have to be configured afterwards to match by the sounds of it.
