    <description>&lt;P&gt;No filters at all. I can see another old AP i just tried to onboard but not this one. If i try to add it i get the "already onboarded" error message. I tried to reset the AP, nothing changes.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have an AP130 S/N&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;01301505070989 i've been using for almost 9 years. Suddenly it disappeared from the portal like it's been associated to another customer. Is there way to fix it? I guess extreme did some mistake here&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just realized that my aerohive switch has the same issue. looks like all my devices (while still working and connected to the cloud server) are not visibile inside the ExtremeCloudIQ &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
