Please call our support center at&amp;nbsp; 1-800-872-8440&amp;nbsp; and have a support case generated. The AP will need to be under current entitlement and proof of purchase.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
