    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have already more then 6 customers that have randomly problems with cloud ppsk since a few weeks. I also heard similar complaints from other partner and customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Random users can't connect. On another moment other users can't connect. Sometimes it is temporary solved by rebooting the ap's that are radsec proxy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We already have 4 tickets open for this but no clear solution. Sometimes they suggest to downgrade firmware, remove all users groups --&amp;gt; push confdig --&amp;gt; add user groups again --&amp;gt; push config again, ....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But problems keep coming back. Very frustating for us and our customers and no decent solution from Extreme Networks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
