Message "A stake record of the device was found in the redirector"

Hi,

Following a business split I got one of the Aerohive APs that I am trying to register in a new console. When i try this, i get a message like this :

“Echec rapide à bord

Les périphériques suivants ont échoué:

01301604272256 Un enregistrement de pieu de l'appareil a été trouvé dans le redirecteur.”

How can I ask for an deletation of the old record in order to register this AP in our new console ?

Hi,

if you do not have access to the old redirector you need to go throu GTAC support or write an email to Samantha: community@extremenetworks.com Explain the situation, I don’t know if you need to provide any proof of ownership but they can delete the redirector entry so you can register the device again.
