XIQ controller Capacity Licensing question

"How do I correctly choose between the pilot license and the navigator license when using the XIQ controller?"

I check the datasheet , the capacity license has two main model , pilot and navigator .

Extreme APs almost can be manager by XIQ Controller ,

so when we use Wing AP(like 310 410 510) , universal AP(305c 410c ....) ,how to choose pilot or navigator license
