    <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked it as a bug.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000113644" target="_blank"&gt;https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000113644&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened a case for that issue on August 24th.&lt;BR /&gt;However, because it is xiq connect, I did not receive case support because it was not supported.&lt;BR /&gt;It's not a user problem, it's a XIQ problem.&lt;BR /&gt;This is a problem with Extreme Networks' customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello everyone&lt;BR /&gt;I am using XIQ Connect.&lt;BR /&gt;User control using MAC filters&lt;BR /&gt;To add users&lt;BR /&gt;SSID bottom &amp;gt; Additional settings &amp;gt; Options settings &amp;gt; Enable MAC-based filter (in the DoS prevention box) &amp;gt; Use the "CUSTOMIZE" button in the pop-up window to apply the MAC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, no matter how many times I press the CUSTOMIZE button, no pop-up window is created.&lt;BR /&gt;Any workaround?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the method below.&lt;BR /&gt;change web browser&lt;BR /&gt;delete cookies&lt;BR /&gt;computer reboot&lt;BR /&gt;check on another computer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
