XIQ Connect specific menus do not pop up.

hello everyone
I am using XIQ Connect.
User control using MAC filters
To add users
SSID bottom > Additional settings > Options settings > Enable MAC-based filter (in the DoS prevention box) > Use the "CUSTOMIZE" button in the pop-up window to apply the MAC.

However, no matter how many times I press the CUSTOMIZE button, no pop-up window is created.
Any workaround?

I tried the method below.
change web browser
delete cookies
computer reboot
check on another computer

I checked it as a bug.

I opened a case for that issue on August 24th.
However, because it is xiq connect, I did not receive case support because it was not supported.
It's not a user problem, it's a XIQ problem.
This is a problem with Extreme Networks' customer service.
