XCC in HA radius MGMT

Good Morning,

I have 2 XCC in HA.

On a first I connect with radius account but it is not possible do the same with the 1st.

It seems that I can configure only one NAS-ID for the same radius.

All is related with the 1st…

Thanks Miguel, I try to explain in a better way.

Before XCC we had 2 C35 in HA, I was able to connect to them with radius account.

On XCC I can connect to the primary with radius account

to the backup no.

under account → radius I see only the NAS-ID related to the primary XCC, so I can connect to the backup XCC with the user admin/default password

I have to XCC in HA

1st name t-wrl-cont and it works with radius account ( ip is 192.168.253.70 )

2nd name v-vrl-cont works only with admin/abc123 ( ip is 192.168.254.70 )

1st XCC ( ip 192.168.253.70 )

2nd XCC

The question is if is possible to connect to the 1st and the 2nd XCC with radius user.

on C35 yes, on XCC no ( IMO )

On the second screen I would put the radius as first authentication method.

Thanks, but If I change on 2nd XCC I change for the 1st too, and it does not work.

Hi Stefan, sorry for delay, I am at home due the Covid :-(.

On NPS the customer configured the 2 XCC ip addresses.

On authentication tab I can configure only one NAS-ID for every radius Server ( If the radius is the same ) but now I can connect to the 2 XCC with radius Login.
