Trying to add AP305C to my ExtremeCloud IQ Controller

Hello all, we are trying to add a series of AP305C-FCC AP's to our "campus cloud controllers" (a pair of E2122). I am a bit lost. These don't seem to be booting up and looking for a DNS entry of "controller" like our old 3825 and 3835 series AP's did.

We bought some console cables, and so I am able to do some debugging now. But none of the documentation for the cli works, or makes any sense. I am guessing that I am in the wrong operational mode. But operational-mode or device-upgrade operational-mode are not valid commands.

I was also reading that I should get the option to change the operational mode from the CLI as the AP is booting up ... but that option is not appearing for me.

Opened a case with support and they got me a solution very quickly. It turns out that one of those KB's that didn't look like something that I should be doing, was in fact the thing that I should be doing: https://extreme-networks.my.site.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000092794#Step-1

Followed the steps to convert from Hive OS to WING, and away we go.
