Access Point model AP5010-XX don`t comunicate with the IQ controler

Hello, I have a problem regarding connectivity between the access point and the controller

The IQ Controller is a VM on Prem and the access point is on remote site .

Between them is no firewall .

Hi. Did you ever resolve this? I have the same issue with an AP5020. From packet trace I see that it connects on port 80 and requests a /hm/capwap/index.html file but gets a HTML 404 Not found in return.
