Create alerts in Site Engine for rx/tx errors and HAL congestion

Is there any way to create an alarm in Extreme Site Engine when there is HAL congestion (normally seem via "debug hal show congestion")? I ran "'show log event HAL" and I see a number of events that can be logged, but I'm not sure which one is related to congestion. We also would like to try and create an alert when there is rx/tx errors detected on a port but aren't sure what specific trap/string to look for related to that.

Here is an article on creating a threshold alarm for port errors:

Is HAL utilization or CPU utilization high when HAl congestion occurs? We can also create threshold alarms for CPU utilization in a similar way.

If there is a trap or syslog event that can be sent to XIQ-SE we can also create alarms for those.

If none of the above exist natively I believe there is a congestion drop MIB that could be polled through a workflow to identify congestion drops.
