    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. You will have to open a case to either request a temporary license to resolve the violation so you can gracefully delete XIQ-SE from XIQ; or request manual deletion of XIQ-SE from XIQ. Either way please open a case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had the same problem. After a restart of the XMC server, everything was working again!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;service nsserver restart&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
