Hello,

If you delete the XIQ-SE object in XIQ Cloud then all managed switches will also be removed. Please find the XIQ-SE object, select and delete.

Thanks
-Ryan

I need to decommission XIQ SE and I'm thinking the first step is to disconnect it from XIQ Cloud.

In XIQ SE I initially went to Administration > ExtremeCloud IQ Connection > Configuration > unticked "Enable connection to ExtremeCloud IQ".

This changed switch status in XIQ Cloud to "Undetermined" and I couldn't even delete them from XIQ Cloud. In XIQ SE, I've ticked the "Enable connection to ExtremeCloud IQ" box again but in XIQ Cloud the switches are showing a mix of "Connected" or "disconnected", again with no option to delete them.

Can anyone assist by explaining how to cleanly disconnect XIQ SE from XIQ Cloud and sort the switch status in XIQ Cloud?

Thank you.
